I could just see her with her ruler out, carefully ensuring she doesn't run into it and create any flat tires. It must have taken forever to write, or she's a savant. Either way, it's a beautiful keepsake. I recommend you make it the first entry in a journal (physical, not this blog stuff) about your time in the new home.
